All proceeds will benefit the more than 21,000 people monthly with services that include basic need such as food, clothing, furniture, financial assistance and long-term case management that helps people build like skills for a more self-sufficient future. - Special 55 & Over mens/ladies doubles on Sunday afternoon
- This is a non-sanctioned event that will not affect your rating

REGISTRATION:
- FRIDAY AUGUST 15th - Register online at TopDog - https://houseofhope.topdoglive.com
- EDIT your profile to make sure you've included your birthdate, T-Shirt size & cell phone service provider

FORMAT:
- Entries limited to 8 teams in per each division
- Full draw of 8 teams will have two (2) separate groups per division - Group A & Group B - playing a Round Robin / three (3) games
- 4th game will be the medal round (playoff)
- Group A #1 vs Group B #1 = Gold/Silver Medal match
- Group A #2 vs Group B #2 = Bronze Medal match
- Group A #3 vs Group B #3 = additional play .. no medal
- Group A #4 vs Group B #4 = additional play .. no medal
- Games will be first to 15 by 1 / at 14-14, next point wins
- If division draw is not full, a different format may be used & advised before schedule is published
- Standings will be determined by total number of points won /each point won per game is tallied
- 1st, 2nd & 3rd places will be awarded in full draw divisions
- Division where draw is not full, awards will be modified
Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- $55 per player per event - no discount for multiple events
- Online payment/registration only
- ONE (1) shirt provided to each player
- If registered for two (2) events, another promotional gift will be given instead of a second shirt
- Deadline date to register to receive guaranteed shirt size - Friday October 10th
- Light snacks provided - bananas, power bars, etc.
- Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe
- This charity event has a NO REFUND policy
WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?
- The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
- Players may choose to play up if desired
- Players may not play down a level
- Players may only register for ONE (1) 18+ mens/ladies doubles event for Saturday 11/01/25
- Players CAN register for the Mixed events & the Special 55+ mens/ladies 3.5 level doubles (if eligible) for Sunday 11/02/25
The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registration begins Friday August 15th & ends 12:00 midnight Friday October 24th
- Draws published on TopDog by Sundayday evening October 26th
- Friday October 10th - last day to register to guarantee requested shirt size
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- NO PARKING permitted on grass areas on either side of Gilson Road - MUST park in pickleball lot or LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
- All participants must be available for the duration of the tournament
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- A fully stocked pro shop with paddles, apparel & other items for sale is on site at the LakeSide shop
- Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments/beverages available for purchase
