REGISTRATION:
- FRIDAY AUGUST 15th - Register online at TopDog - https://houseofhope.topdoglive.com
- EDIT your profile to make sure you've included your birthdate, T-Shirt size & cell phone service provider

FORMAT:
- Mens & Womens divisions -
- Full draw is 16 teams per division
- 10 game pro-set (10 point tiebreaker at 9 games all)
- Consolation draw for 1st round losers (if full draw)
Tournament committee reserves the right to modify format based on weather conditions and other circumstances.
ENTRY FEE:
- Mens & Womens DOUBLES Divisions -
- $85 per player for Mens & Ladies Doubles
- Online payment/registration only
- ONE (1) player shirt included
- Registered for multiple events - player receives one (1) shirt only. Another promotional item given for additional entries.
- Deadline date to register to receive guaranteed shirt sizem- Friday October 11th
- Lunch provided to players on Saturday
- Food/beverages will be available to purchase at the Lakeside Cafe
- This charity event has a NO REFUND policy
WHICH DIVISION SHOULD I/WE REGISTER FOR?
- The team must play in the division of the higher rated player
- Players may choose to play up if desired
- Players may not play down a level
- Players may only register for one (1) 18+ mens/ladies doubles event.
- Players CAN register for the Mixed event & the Special 55+ mens/ladies 3.5 level doubles (if eligible)
- Efforts will be taken to ensure NO overlapping of play; however, you may be scheduled with a quick turn around
The tournament committee has final decision determining division placement for all players.
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Registration begins Friday August 15th & ends 12:00 midnight Friday October 24th
- Draws published on TopDog by Sunday evening October 26th
- Friday October 10th - deadline to register & be guaranteed your requested T-Shirt size
NOTES TO PLAYERS:
- NO PARKING permitted on grass areas on either side of Gilson Road - MUST park in pickleball lot or LakeSide Tennis/Spa lot
- All participants must be available for all their scheduled matches
- Shower facilities are NOT available
- A fully stocked pro shop with racquets, apparel & other items for sale is on site at the LakeSide shop
- Lakeside Cafe will be open during the tournament with refreshments/beverages available for purchase
